## About the Role

Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Key Requirements:

 * 5+ years of professional technical writing experience

 * 2+ years supporting IT operations or IT-related documentation

 * Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, knowledge articles, technical manuals, operational procedures, and project documentation

 * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and documentation

 * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Visio

 * Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
