Technical Knowledge: * Windows 11 and Mac * Basic Understanding of IPv4, DNS, DHCP * Familiarity with Windows Server * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WHO: * Have demonstrable customer service experience * Have demonstrable technical support experience * Who have taken the INDEED proficiency test for this position., * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred) * Windows Troubleshooting: 2 years (Required) ## Description As an IT Field Technician you are responsible for delivering on-site technology support for our clients field equipment. This includes installing hardware such as servers and computers, installing and configuring software, and being an information technology "Jack of all trades." You will never be bored in this position as you will play an integral role in the support of our rapidly growing technology company's partners and clients. Through your work, you will interact with our service desk, our clients, and 3rd parties to solve technical issues at our client sites, perform technical bench work and provide exceptional customer service.
