In this role, you will collaborate with the Network Operations support team to optimize the performance of high-traffic network infrastructures. You will design and implement enterprise-level WAN and LAN networks, as well as Private Wireless Networks (PWN), while maintaining system integrity and evaluating network performance. As a team player, you'll occasionally step into other roles to meet client expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives on managing large-scale projects and takes full ownership of their work., Network Monitoring & Maintenance * Continuously monitor the performance, availability, and security of traditional networks and DAS networks. Incident Management l Respond to network alarms, incidents, and outages, working quickly to identify root causes and apply corrective actions. l Collaborate with other teams to restore services and implement temporary and permanent solutions. Configuration & Troubleshooting * Perform configuration changes and updates for routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware as necessary. * Troubleshoot connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and other network faults. Network Optimization * Perform routine assessments of network performance, providing recommendations for optimization. * Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades, expansions, and capacity improvements.
