## Description

* Diagnose and repair hardware issues on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other electronic devices across various operating systems including Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and more.
 * Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on smartphones and tablets.
 * Performing screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera replacements, speaker repairs, microphone repairs, and button repairs.
 * Repairing and replacing damaged device components using specialized repair tools and equipment.
 * Installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting Android and iOS operating systems.
 * Performing device diagnostics to identify hardware failures and software-related issues.
 * Assist customers with retail sales by explaining repair options, recommending accessories or upgrades, and providing excellent technical support.
 * Analyze device problems through detailed diagnostics to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
 * Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and troubleshooting steps for quality assurance.
