## About the Role

* Capable of working independently or on a team.
 * Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
 * Must have excellent communication skills and work effectively with customers across the organization., * BS degree. Advanced degree is desirable in Computer Science, Mathematics or other Engineering or Technical discipline.
 * At least 9 years of experience with relevant functional and technical experience with Army systems and interfaces.
 * SCRUM Master training and experience of 3 years highly recommended.
 * Experience in working within a variety of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
 * US Citizen; able to pass government background check.

## Description

* Able to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and designs complex computer systems to process data.
 * Define systems objectives and prepare system design specifications to meet requirements.
 * Performs quality assurance review of specifications for internal and external delivery.
 * Analyzes detail systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements and reliability characteristics.
