Nice to Have * Automotive retail / dealership software experience (DMS, service scheduling, CRM platforms). * Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred). * Experience working with AI/LLM-based products, including prompt management workflows. ## Description We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a high-ownership role that blends product engineering, integrations work, and hands-on customer problem-solving. You'll build and maintain the systems that connect Mia to dealership platforms (DMS, service schedulers, CRMs), own production changes end-to-end, and occasionally sit across the table from dealer groups to launch and troubleshoot on-site., * Design, build, and ship features across our platform, from integration work (e.g., service scheduler, CRM, and inventory integrations with platforms like Tekion) to internal tooling that makes the rest of the company faster. * Own production changes end-to-end: scope the work in Jira, drive peer and lead review, execute database changes through our access-management (PIM) approval process, and verify results in production. * Respond to production alerts and incidents (Azure-based infrastructure), diagnose root causes, and fix them fast - including owning configuration you or others created. * Support dealer onboarding and launches: hot fixes under deadline, data setup across dealership rooftops, phone routing configuration, and validation ahead of go-live. * Partner directly with client-facing teams (support, onboarding, account management) as an escalation point - jumping on client calls when needed and helping teammates navigate tough technical conversations. * Represent engineering with customers: occasional on-site visits and presentations to dealer groups during pilots and rollouts. * Improve how the team works - better procedures, safer change processes, and tooling that prevents mistakes rather than just fixing them. ## Related Videos - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Remote Driving on Plant Grounds with State-of-the-Art Cloud Technologies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/251-remote-driving-on-plant-grounds-with-state-of-the-art-cloud-technologies) - [Collaboration Quantified: Lessons from Open Source Developer Networks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1422-collaboration-quantified-lessons-from-open-source-developer-networks) - [User 1st!
