## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in a managed service or IT support environment
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
 * Basic understanding of servers, operating systems, and networking concepts
 * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 * Associate or technical degree preferred (not required)
 * Progress toward CompTIA or Microsoft certifications is a plus
 * Ability to travel regionally as needed

## Description

* Install and support servers, desktops, printers, scanners, and network devices onsite
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex service incidents
 * Work directly with end users to ensure systems are operating efficiently
 * Configure managed services and assist with onboarding new users
 * Document work notes and manage service tickets in a PSA system
 * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues
 * Participate in a weekly on-call rotation (must be available to respond within 30 minutes during rotation)
 * Lift and move equipment (20+ lbs) and work under desks as needed
