Tech Savvy. * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when sorting, cross-referencing, and matching complex document strings. * Punctuality & Commitment: Ability to reliably begin the daily shift at 7:00 AM PST sharp and commit to the full duration of the summer assignment. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. ## Description The Temporary Data Processing Assistant to support our corporate data processing team for a fixed seasonal contract in our Brisbane, CA office. This is a direct hire position with our company, not an agency placement. In this role, you will ensure daily operations run smoothly by managing critical document workflows, matching data records, and providing general administrative support. Schedule & Compliance * Contract Dates: Monday, July 6, 2026, through Friday, September 6, 2026. * Weekly Hours: 20 hours per week. * Daily Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM PST (4 hours per day). * Meal Periods: No lunch break is scheduled. Under California law, a 30-minute unpaid meal break is only required for shifts exceeding 5 hours. * Rest Breaks: Entitled to a 10-minute paid, uninterrupted rest period per day.
