The testing center is a quiet, controlled environment designed to support focus and concentration. Team members work in a professional setting that values integrity, confidentiality, and customer service.

Physical Demands

 * Frequent standing and walking
 * Occasional reaching with hands and arms
 * Ability to occasionally move testing materials or office supplies

## Description

Testing Center Administrators oversee adults completing computer-based licensing and certification examinations while helping maintain a secure, calm, and professional testing environment.

This is a regular, part-time position and is not seasonal or temporary. We are seeking a dependable candidate who is interested in consistent, ongoing part-time work in a professional testing center environment.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Closed Sundays

Eligibility Requirement

Due to federal background check requirements associated with this position, candidates must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire., * Prepare testing rooms and computer stations for daily testing sessions

 * Verify examinee identification and assist with check-in procedures
 * Monitor testing sessions to ensure exam integrity and security
 * Provide professional customer service to testing candidates
 * Assist candidates with basic computer login and setup procedures
 * Maintain organized and accurate testing documentation
 * Monitor for irregular behavior or technical issues during examinations
 * Report incidents, technical malfunctions, or unusual behavior promptly
 * Manage the flow of individuals entering and exiting testing rooms
 * Help maintain a quiet, clean, and professional testing environment
 * Perform additional operational support tasks as needed
