## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
 * 1-2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or IT support role
 * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Microsoft Windows
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
 * Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
 * Ability to document technical processes and create simple user guides
 * Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
 * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems
 * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

## Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented person to provide IT and general administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic technical knowledge, and a customer-service mindset. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day IT coordination, supporting employees with basic technical needs, and helping ensure the office operates efficiently.

IT Support

 * Act as the primary on-site IT contact to provide first-level technical assistance to staff (e.g., password resets, printer issues, and basic troubleshooting)
 * Coordinate with the Central IT support team for hardware and software installations, updates, and maintenance along with escalating complex issues
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and software licenses
 * Document IT procedures and maintain user guides for internal systems and tools
 * Support new employee onboarding by preparing workstations, equipment, and login credentials
 * Implement equipment setup, and coordinate replacements and returns as needed

Office Administration

 * Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members
 * Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
 * Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
 * Help coordinate office maintenance requests and vendor appointments
 * Support general office operations and administrative projects as assigned
 * Maintain organized office and storage areas
