## Description

VMX Technologies is looking for an IT professional to join our team full-time. You'll be working onsite at our office and supporting clients directly across a variety of environments. A strong background in Microsoft 365 is essential. Experience with VDI (AVD, VMWare Horizons, Citrix Workspace), Intune, and Meraki networking is highly preferred. Prior MSP experience is a major plus., * Provide day-to-day technical support to multiple clients across Microsoft 365 environments

 * Administer and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Desktop setups
 * Manage device, policies and applications using Microsoft Intune
 * Support and configure Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti network devices (firewalls, switches, wireless)
 * Handle user onboarding/offboarding and tenant-level administration
 * Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal best practices
 * Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, * Provide first-line support beginning at 8:00AM.
 * This is an in-office position.
 * Travel on-site to client locations approximately 40% of the time using company vehicle.
 * WFH Remotely when necessary
