## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience installing structured cabling technologies, rack infrastructure, and managing large-scale build projects
 * Experience leading crews and managing projects
 * Knowledge of copper/fiber installs and troubleshooting
 * Ability to read blueprints and manage timelines
 * Certified Cabling Test Technician (CFTT), Certified Fiber Installer (CFI), or equivalent certification (BICSI/FOA)
 * Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

## Description

* Supervise onsite network infrastructure and cabling projects while supporting the Project Manager.
 * Lead multiple crews, manage labor, monitor project milestones, and maintain productivity.
 * Coordinate with Field Engineers, QA/QC specialists, and trade contractors to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
 * Oversee site safety, customer standards, project documentation, and material requirements.
 * Mentor team leads, recommend training, and support new deployments, live-site work, and technology upgrades.
