 * Experience with code reviews, testing strategies, debugging, and production support.
 * Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing engineering environments., * Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives or platform improvements.
 * Background in cloud-based, distributed, or service-oriented architectures.
 * Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices, observability tools, and operational excellence.
 * Experience contributing to engineering process improvements and organizational standards.

## Description

* Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
 * Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to translate business needs into technical plans.
 * Contribute to architecture discussions and help define engineering standards and best practices.
 * Review code, provide thoughtful feedback, and support continuous improvement in code quality.
 * Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
 * Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and developer experience.
 * Drive delivery on complex initiatives from concept through implementation and support.
 * Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation efforts as needed.
