The Senior Reliability Controls Engineer is responsible for improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance practices, and enhancing overall operational performance. This position focuses on analyzing equipment and system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to reduce downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency.
