The person in this role will have a strong level of configuration experience in their technology domain. This role is responsible for implementing moderate to high-risk changes to critical functional areas while following established designs and configurations. To be successful, strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment where business needs drive priority and outcomes., * Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; and 3-5 years of experience as an IT Administrator in infrastructure or similar role, or an equivalent combination * Experience supporting enterprise level infrastructure hardware and systems * Competence with network cabling standards, capabilities, and use cases DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar certification from other OEM's * Experience with monitoring platforms, protocol analyzers, metrics and reporting * Familiar with the deployment of VPN and IPSec tunnels, zero-trust experience a plus ## Description An employee in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed below.
