Importantly, you are a practitioner who can point to a proven track record of success, ready to showcase your impact through a portfolio of prior change-management deliverables (such as strategic plans, communications, or digital media)., * Six years of full-time experience in program oversight, strategic planning, organizational change, or policy development and implementation. Three years of this experience must have been in an administrative management or supervisory capacity. * Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university. * Relevant education or advanced degrees may be substituted for experience as appropriate. YOU ARE A GREAT FIT WITH: * Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives across multiple regions or programs. * Experience implementing management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR®, Kotter's 8-Step Process, Lean, or similar methodologies). * Strong project management experience, including oversight of multiple concurrent initiatives with defined timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. * Experience developing feedback loops and engagement strategies to incorporate field or stakeholder input into program design and implementation. * Certification in change management or project management (e.g., CCMP, PMP, Lean) preferred. * Knowledge of principles and practices of public administration, change management methodologies, and federal and state laws applicable to state VR programs. * Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and translate strategic priorities into operational implementation., Use your military skills to qualify for this position or other jobs! Work involves leading large-scale transformation efforts by establishing priorities, developing policies and procedures, and creating performance measures to assess progress and outcomes. You will supervise the work of others and operate under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
