Preferred Experience * Workday Student implementation experience. * Experience converting data from multiple legacy Student Information Systems. * Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). * Experience using SQL or similar query tools for data validation and reconciliation. * Experience supporting higher education institutions through ERP modernization initiatives. * Workday Data Conversion certification required., * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively. * Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. * Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration. * Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap's physical office locations. * Current permanent U.S. work authorization required. ## Description Avaap is seeking a Workday Student Data Conversion Consultant . This client-facing consulting role is responsible for leading and executing data conversion activities for Workday Student implementations, helping colleges and universities successfully migrate legacy student data into Workday. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in data conversion strategy, higher education business processes, and Workday Student implementations.
