Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. ## Description The Senior Director Enterprise Platforms and Operations is responsible for leading the strategy, optimization, and scalability of LifeStance's enterprise platforms and operational capabilities. This includes EMR and integrated technologies that support core business operations such as revenue cycle management, call center operations, scheduling, referrals, and patient access. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, standardization, and AI-driven optimization across the organization.
