## About the Role

* 3+ years of system administration experience or equivalent.
 * Windows Server and Linux administration.
 * Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
 * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls).
 * Virtualization (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V).
 * Microsoft Azure administration, including:
 * Entra ID, VMs, VNETs, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults
 * Azure Arc, SQL Managed Instances, Intune, Azure DevOps
 * Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint).

Preferred Skills

 * SQL Server / MySQL (SSMS, basic query modification).
 * Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI, Bash.
 * Monitoring tools: Datadog, Microsoft Sentinel.
 * Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
 * Databricks experience is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for system reliability, security, and performance, with a strong focus on Microsoft, Azure, and hybrid environments., * Administer and support Windows and Linux servers (on-prem and cloud).

 * Manage users, permissions, and access (Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID).
 * Monitor systems, performance, and security; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
 * Maintain backups, patching, and disaster recovery processes.
 * Support networking (DNS, IP configuration, subnets, routing, hybrid IaaS).
 * Document configurations, procedures, and system changes.
 * Collaborate with IT and business teams on projects and improvements.
