* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
 * 5+ years of mechanical experience
 * 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
 * Strong SolidWorks proficiency
 * Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, * Mechanical Engineering: 5 years (Required)

## Description

The Design Engineer is responsible for developing 2D/3D designs, drawings, and layouts for vehicle parts and assemblies. This role requires the ability to independently solve complex design challenges while supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment., * Design metal fabricated parts and assemblies using SolidWorks

 * Develop full truck models and production documentation
 * Manage engineering files using PDM and ERP systems
 * Handle multiple projects with varying urgency and complexity
 * Collaborate with production to resolve design and manufacturing issues
 * Complete Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) as needed
 * Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts and assemblies
 * Drive process improvements through design optimization
