Other experience or proficiency with the following are a plus: Comptia A+ hardware certification and other industry certifications; virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V; mobile device management (MDM) systems; remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools; familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001; and enterprise software and IT systems integration. Must be analytical and good at details, problem-solving, and multitasking. ## Description The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical support for the Information Technologies Department. This is accomplished through routine managing of system upgrades, resolving user queries, and optimizing our technology infrastructure to align with business goals while safeguarding digital assets. The ideal candidate will support the organization's IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical expertise to ensure all operations run smoothly. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following.
