The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to exceptional customer service while supporting both external clients and internal teams., · Proven reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including IT professionals, government agencies, end users and escalated clients

· Demonstrated customer service skills, including patience, professionalism, and attention to detail

Technical Requirements (Must Have):

· Experience handling inbound customer calls

· Strong written communication skills

· Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

· Prior call center or customer support experience

· Experience troubleshooting equipment and technical systems

· Familiarity with remote technical support tools and environments

Technical Competencies:

· Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues (e.g., internet, Wi-Fi, proxies)

· Ability to remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

· Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

## Description

The Technical Support Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance to both new and existing clients of Pitney Bowes. This role provides support across the company's suite of products and equipment and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless client experience., · Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels

· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner

· Educate clients on product functionality, services, and best practices

· Process service requests, including equipment repair and maintenance coordination

· Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed

· Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions

Work Schedule:

· Must be available to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday
