## About the Role

* 2+ Years of Professional Experience.
 * Strong proficiency in Java development, with experience building production-ready applications.
 * Experience with Pega or integrating Java applications with Pega-based workflows, services, or APIs.
 * Ability to write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code using industry best practices.
 * Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows (branching, pull requests, peer review).
 * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and Agile development methodologies.
 * Ability to work effectively with cross functional partners and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Bonus points if you have:

 * Experience working with Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander).
 * Knowledge of Pega BPM concepts such as case management, rule sets, and workflow design.
 * Hands-on experience integrating Pega using REST or SOAP APIs.
 * Pega certifications such as CSA or CSSA.
 * Prior experience in enterprise-level application development environments.
 * Exposure to DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), or containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
