## About the Role

Must have Postgres DBA experience with Security+ cert.

## Description

* Database administration of servers in cluster and container environments running a variety of
applications to include Ubuntu Linux.

 * Work will include refinement of database architecture design, installation, configuration, maintenance,
and urgent troubleshooting efforts.

 * Perform administrative and maintenance tasks on PostGRES databases.
 * Perform planning, coordination, and execution of database installations and upgrades and patches.
 * Respond to all database related work requests, including working with system maintainers, system
engineering analysis, and integration efforts.
*Maintain and update design and database schema documentation. The work environment fluctuates
between routine and urgent, depending on ongoing tasks, priorities, and performance of assigned
systems.
