 * Coach teams on Agile Scrum Kanban principles practices and mindset adoption
 * Ensure effective backlog management and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners
 * Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth delivery of sprint commitments
 * Track and report sprint progress velocity and team performance metrics
 * Support planning and execution of integration API delivery initiatives
 * Facilitate coordination across cross functional teams including developers QA architects and stakeholders
 * Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimizations
