Quick Description of role and needs: After initial onboarding and training, there will be a high level of independence for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work through multiple support tickets and users at the same time. There will be collaboration opportunities with development teams and team members. Eventually, this individual will be able to work with our development teams to help deliver on our backlog of work. ## Description * The work for this role will focus around the support for our Salesforce products. This will include incident management, documentation, and knowledge transfers with existing team members.
