We are looking for dependable Test Coordinators who are interested in supporting one or more administrations based on their availability and site needs. ## Description We're hiring Test Coordinators to support upcoming SAT administrations at a test center in Santa Clara and San Francisco. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while supporting students on an important testing day. No prior SAT testing experience is required - full training will be provided. This is also a great opportunity to join our future SAT testing staff pool. Staff who perform well and remain in good standing may be invited to support additional SAT administrations in Fall and Winter 2026, with continued opportunities expected through 2028 based on site needs and future testing schedules. Schedule & Availability You do not need to be available for every date listed below. We understand schedules vary, and we are still flexible. Candidates will be asked to share which dates they are available for, and assignments will be made based on site needs, role fit, and availability. Candidates will be assigned to one test center location only. You will not be expected to work at multiple locations for the same administration., As a Test Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end SAT weekend test administration support at the assigned Long Beach test center. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing test-day operations in accordance with applicable testing protocols while helping ensure a secure, standardized, and well-organized testing environment., * Plan and execute SAT weekend testing operations at the assigned site * Coordinate and direct on-site testing personnel to support test administration activities * Conduct site readiness checks, including room setup, signage, technology, accessibility, and security requirements * Manage receipt, setup, secure storage, tracking, and return of all testing materials and equipment according to security protocols * Manage supplies and posters inventory * Lead staff check-in and on-site training * Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for staff, students, and parents/guardians * Oversee student check-in and confirm testing room compliance * Ensure testing materials are properly distributed, collected, reconciled, and returned after the administration * Complete required post-administration reports and documentation Operational Timeline Training Day / Day Before Test The Test Coordinator will help prepare the site for a successful administration by completing or supporting the following: * Complete Wi-Fi readiness checks and room capacity verification * Oversee proctor supply kit assembly, facility poster setup, and technology walkthroughs * Conduct staff check-in, including ID verification, WhatsApp enrollment, and Testing Staff Agreement confirmation * Lead on-site staff training covering roles, room setup, testing procedures, and escalation protocols * Finalize room assignments, run Auto-Setup, and confirm training completion Test Day On test day, the Test Coordinator will serve as the primary onsite lead and help ensure a smooth, compliant, and organized administration.
