We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Support Technician to join our technology team. In this role, you will be the frontline problem solver for technical issues across our organization, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. Your expertise will help maintain a reliable IT infrastructure, deliver exceptional customer support, and contribute to a productive work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting while supporting diverse user needs., * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

 * Troubleshoot equipment problems such as computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals to minimize downtime.

A resource that supports or provides technical support, troubleshoots software issues, manages user accounts, and assists with application testing and infrastructure maintenance.
Resource will work alongside staff to act as a first point of contact, requiring basic skills in operating systems, SQL, and troubleshooting application-level issues, resolving software errors, typically supporting internal or external users.
Creating, configuring, and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
