## About the Role

* 4-8 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure engineering

 * Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and core infrastructure services

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, etc.)

 * Experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V preferred)

 * Knowledge of SSO, identity federation, and security best practices

 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred

 * Experience in power generation or industrial environments

 * Exposure to OT/ICS/SCADA systems

 * Experience in M&A integrations and distributed infrastructure

 * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards

 * Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Azure CLI)

 * Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server)

## Description

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator II or III to support and evolve enterprise IT infrastructure across IT and OT environments. This role will lead the design, implementation, and management of on-premises, hosted, and cloud systems, ensuring secure, reliable operations across a geographically distributed footprint. The ideal candidate is adaptable, technically strong, and experienced in fast-paced, evolving environments.

What You'll Do

 * Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure including servers, virtualization, identity, and cloud platforms

 * Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues, driving troubleshooting and root cause analysis

 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and hybrid identity services

 * Administer Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, and security)

 * Support Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune)

 * Implement and maintain endpoint management and security policies via Intune

 * Support SSO and identity federation (SAML and third-party integrations)

 * Manage virtualization environments (primarily Hyper-V), backup, and disaster recovery systems

 * Partner with network and cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, compliant environments

 * Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and M&A system integrations

 * Maintain system hardening, patching, monitoring, and compliance standards

 * Support OT infrastructure in collaboration with engineering and operations teams

 * Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans
