Candidate must have at least 3+ years' experience with the following: * Information technology architectures to include cloud and devops. * Using Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, etc.) in Government context. * JMPS experience, and ability to quickly gain JOMS experience, on each fielded MPE with the ability to provide advanced troubleshooting. * Existing knowledge and experience/certifications to meet the FMS I&CO, product familiarization, and all Subject Matter Expertise requirements. * Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) ## Description Alaska Northstar Resources is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team for a position that is onsite at Hill AFB, UT. This position may be required to work additional hours as deemed necessary for adequate deliverable care of services.
