Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook * Knowledge of SmartSheet and Bluebeam preferred. Soft Skills: * Excellent client communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. * Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills. Certifications & Training (Preferred): * AVIXA CTS or CTS-I * Q-SYS Level 1 or Level 2 Certification * Crestron DigitalMedia Certification * Biamp Tesira Certification * Extron AV Associate * CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit, bend, and reach with hands and arms * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. * Ability to climb stairs, ladders, catwalks, or scaffolding when required * Ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel to project sites when needed ## Description The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of audiovisual integration projects from planning through closeout. This role provides leadership to project teams, oversees budgets and schedules, manages subcontractors, and ensures client satisfaction. The Project Manager works closely with Engineering, Procurement, Field Supervisors, and Service to deliver high-quality, on-time, and profitable projects that align with Baker AV standards and client expectations., * Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships. * Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and milestone tracking. * Oversee Field Supervisors, Technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and Baker AV standards. * Manage project budgets, monitor labor and material costs, and issue timely change orders when required. * Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, and Field teams to ensure seamless execution. * Conduct project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. * Provide regular Job Status Reports and documentation updates. * Ensure proper commissioning, client training, and transition to Service at project completion. * Resolve project risks, conflicts, and escalations proactively. * Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and closeout documentation. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
