* Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Solutions Architect, Business Consultant, or in a related/similar position.
 * Experience therein to include:
 + 8 years in the following: SAP Hybris; Java; Spring; Oracle; SQL; Azure DevOps; Visio; and Version Control;
 + 6 years in the following: requirements gathering; solution design; and
 + 4 years in the following: Agile Methodology.

## Description

* Function as the principal technical resource and business partner for the SAP Commerce B2B and B2C eCommerce portal, leading its implementation and enhancement to position the company for future growth.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
 * Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
 * Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
 * Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user experiences.
 * Communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
 * Monitor industry trends and incorporate applicable standards into processes.
 * Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
 * Ensure solutions align with the organization's long-term IT strategy.
 * Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including scoping, risk management, and estimation.
 * Participate in system and integration testing to verify functionality and compliance with business requirements.
