Your role, your impact As an Oracle Cloud Reporting Principal Consultant, you'll lead enterprise reporting strategy, architecture, and solution delivery across Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EPM Cloud applications. As the reporting authority for Financials, Planning, and Financial Consolidation solutions, you'll ensure the successful design and implementation of scalable reporting frameworks that support operational, financial, regulatory, and executive decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, data architecture advisors, and executive sponsors, you'll establish reporting roadmaps, governance standards, reporting inventories, and enterprise reporting strategies. Your day-to-day Reporting Strategy & Architecture * Define enterprise reporting and analytics strategies across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM Cloud platforms; * Serve as the reporting architecture lead for Oracle transformation programs; * Establish reporting standards, governance models, development methodologies, and best practices; * Lead reporting assessments and rationalization initiatives to optimize reporting portfolios; * Define enterprise reporting operating models and Centers of Excellence (CoE). Oracle Fusion Reporting Leadership * Architect reporting solutions across Oracle Fusion; * Lead report inventory assessments, reporting migration strategies, and reporting transformation initiatives; * Design scalable reporting solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud best practices; * Ensure alignment between security models, data access controls, and reporting requirements. Oracle EPM Reporting Leadership * Architect reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle EPM Cloud with a primary focus on EPBCS and FCCS; * Design executive, management, financial, operational, and regulatory reporting solutions; * Establish reporting standards and best practices across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM environments; * Lead integration of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM reporting frameworks to support enterprise-wide reporting; * Design financial statement reporting, management reporting packages/books, dashboard reporting, and ad hoc reporting solutions. Report Design & Development Oversight * Lead design and development activities for OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, Narrative Reporting, FRS, Smart View, and Management Reporting; * Establish report development, testing, deployment, and release management standards; * Review reporting designs for scalability, performance, maintainability, and security. Executive & Financial Reporting * Define executive dashboard strategies and KPI frameworks; * Design board reporting, executive reporting, management reporting, and financial statement reporting packages; * Lead implementation of Narrative Reporting solutions for automated reporting package generation and commentary management.
