## About the Role

* 3-5+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience strongly preferred)
 * Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
 * Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
 * Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
 * Experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and authentication issues
 * Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware)
 * Experience supporting remote users and hybrid environments
 * Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills

## Description

* Provide Level 2 technical support for end users and business systems (onsite and remote)
 * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support
 * Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments
 * Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy
 * Support DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and authentication services
 * Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching)
 * Support remote connectivity tools including RDP and VPN solutions
 * Assist with virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
 * Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
 * Perform workstation imaging, deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting
 * Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers when needed
 * Document issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately in ticketing systems
 * Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
