* 5+ years of experience preferably in international BPO/KPO
 * Strong Interpersonal ability to effectively communicate (Both written & verbally)
 * Knowledge of data analytical tools (Tableau, PowerBI)

## Description

* Team Management & maintains an environment of cohesiveness among the team members.
 * To work closely with cross functional teams based out of North America.
 * Ensure end to end control over the Billing & entitlement.
 * Drive Process improvement & standardized documentation
 * Robust sense of accountability & capacity to handle confidential information appropriately.
 * Identify potential gaps in the existing process & devise proactive measure to correct it.
 * Candidate is required to work in 3:00PM-12:AM IST
