Local Team Collaboration:

 * Join our close-knit group of 12 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Brockton Hospital.
 * We are fortunate to have a dedicated site coordinator assigned to this team who will help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
 * Our clinical performance nurse will assist in delivering an exceptional patient care experience., * Evaluate the patient's current health, manage anesthesia risks, and optimize their condition for safe surgery.
 * Review the patient's medical history, conduct physical exams, and order necessary tests.
 * Identify and manage medical conditions that may impact surgical outcomes and collaborate with specialists when needed.
 * Communicate findings and recommendations to surgeons, the anesthesiology team, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
 * We use Meditech and have access to our internal informatics platform.
