DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS * Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Teams. * Intermediate level Excel skills. (Sorting, Filters, Merging Spreadsheets) * SQL (preferred, not required) * Experience documenting standard operating procedures and metadata governance. ## Description The role supports internal teams and customer deployments by preparing and importing structured data, improving data workflows, and maintaining the integrity of the Models Library., * Analyze and clean data to support accurate modeling and reporting. * Maintain and validate Models Library content (Makes, Models, Ports, etc.). * Build and manage import templates for data onboarding (.csv/.xls). * Use Excel tools to transform and prepare structured datasets. * Track data quality and trends using reports or dashboards. * Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps. * Validate port mappings and physical attributes for cabling accuracy. * Align metadata with cabinet elevations and floor maps. * Document standards for naming and formatting. * Support automation of import and validation processes. * Contribute to continuous improvements in data and model workflows.
