Reporting to the Chief Technology, Product & AI Officer, this leader will be responsible for modernizing our infrastructure strategy and operating model, guiding and accelerating Curinos' transition from hybrid infrastructure (data center + AWS) to a fully cloud-native AWS + Databricks environment over the next 18 months. This role will play a critical leadership position in transforming both the technology stack and the organizational maturity of our infrastructure function. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in cloud engineering, combined with proven experience leading organizational change-improving performance management, strengthening leadership capability, and implementing modern site reliability and on-call practices. Curinos maintains an aggressive Security Posture. This individual will drive the team's vulnerability management and compliance work as a major function of the role.
