This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation., * Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions * Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review * Create and maintain an accurate project schedule * Partner with Subways SME's to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports * Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed DELIVERABLES & DUE DATES Task-Based Deliverables: For each project, the deliverables will be determined by Subways EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project.
