This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing technical solutions, translating business requirements into actionable specifications, and providing technical leadership. The programmer collaborates with stakeholders to optimize systems, resolve complex technical issues, and maintains thorough documentation to support ongoing improvements. What you will do... * Development: Design, code (PowerOn, SQL, etc.), test, and deploy custom solutions, reports, forms, and related core system utilities. * Integration: Build and maintain connections between Symitar and third-party platforms (using SymXchange, Symform, web services). * Analysis: Assist with the analysis of core system data to support business operations, member service, lending, accounting, compliance, and online services. * Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring system stability and data integrity. * Collaboration: Work with business units, IT, and project managers, providing technical guidance and support. * Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of system changes, programming activities, troubleshooting efforts, and project deliverables ## Related Videos - [Is it still C#?
