## About the Role

Required (Must Have) Skills & Experience

 * Strong hands on experience with Windows OS deployment, reimaging, and upgrades
 * Advanced Windows PowerShell scripting for system automation
 * Demonstrated experience supporting Waters Empower CDS and LACE environments
 * Solid understanding of chromatography instrument connectivity via LACE
 * Strong networking fundamentals like IP Addressing, DNS, Network Bridging
 * Ability to independently troubleshoot OS, network, Empower, and instrument issues
 * Knowledge on ALM and Service Now

Preferred (Good to Have) Skills

 * Prior experience supporting global pharma environments
 * Familiarity with GxP, CSV, and validation aware system builds
 * Experience managing or supporting large LACE fleets (100+ systems)
 * Exposure to instruments from Agilent, Thermo, Waters, or similar vendors
 * Knowledge of Empower upgrades, system recreation, or multi site deployments

## Description

* Perform end to end reimaging and operating system upgrades of LACE systems using standardized enterprise build procedures, supporting phased upgrade waves across multiple laboratory locations
 * Develop and execute Windows PowerShell automation to standardize LACE builds, accelerate deployment, reduce manual effort, and enforce configuration consistency
 * Integrate LACE systems into the enterprise environment by joining Active Directory domains, configuring network settings, establishing required network bridges
 * Install, configure, and validate Waters Empower CDS on LACE systems, including system registration, database connectivity, and post reimage Empower system reassociation
 * Enable and configure chromatography instruments (LC, GC, detectors, etc.) through LACE and integrate them with Empower for reliable instrument control and data acquisition
