 * Time: Developing accurate, scalable, and globally compliant Time & Attendance systems, including clocking, time-off accrual, and scheduling, ensuring employees are paid correctly and legally.
 * Benefits: Creating and maintaining the marketplace and administration tools for health, retirement, and other employee benefits, handling complex enrollment, eligibility, and provider integrations.

What you will do

 * Build and innovate across the entire stack-from defining APIs and backend logic to developing polished, intuitive user-facing features in the frontend.
 * Collaborate closely with PMs and designers to translate complex product requirements and visual designs into responsive, high-quality code.
 * Take ownership of the frontend architecture and user experience, ensuring that the product is not only powerful but also delightful and highly performant.
 * Make smart, autonomous technical decisions to accelerate feature delivery while maintaining code quality and scalability.
