Successful candidates demonstrate: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * The ability to influence without direct authority. * Confidence facilitating discussions with both business and technical audiences. * A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * The ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Three to five years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar business technology role. * Experience working within an Agile software development environment. * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. * Strong understanding of backlog management and Agile planning practices. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred * Experience in insurance, financial services or another highly regulated industry. * Experience supporting data-focused products or applications. * Experience using Rally or similar Agile project management tools. * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, CBAP or similar certifications. ## Description This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You'll work closely with business partners, and technical teams to align priorities, manage backlogs and ensure the team delivers solutions that support organizational goals.
