The individual in this position provides the leadership and experience to enable the team to develop goals, identify and remove impediments, work collaboratively across the organization and help mitigate risks., Scrum Masters do more than just facilitate Agile ceremonies, they promote an Agile mindset and lead continuous improvement within FNBO's delivery system., * Facilitate agile activities and meetings- including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives * Works with Product Owners and Program Managers to understand the product road-map, priorities, and schedules to guide delivery * Guide the team on Agile principles and values to enable and promote self-organization * Lead team to make realistic and achievable delivery commitments using standard agile metrics and reporting techniques * Manage dependencies across the organization * Build and support a strong team dynamic where people thrive and inspire each other * Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to manage expectations * Ensure tools and processes are documented and available for team use * Solicit and use input to evolve the delivery system to improve velocity and quality, It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
