## Description

Seeking an Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support multiple infrastructure initiatives. The primary focus will be supporting a helpdesk integration project that serves as the front end to SailPoint for access requests. The ideal candidate will have experience working on infrastructure projects, gathering business and technical requirements, writing test plans, and providing QA support while working independently in a hybrid environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support multiple infrastructure initiatives across the organization
Work on the helpdesk integration project serving as the front end to SailPoint for access requests
Write business requirements and technology requirements
Develop test plans and support testing activities
Provide QA support throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure business and technical requirements are documented appropriately
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions
Work independently while proactively driving project deliverables
