Preferred Experience * 15+ years of experience in finance transformation or ERP programmes. * Experience in ERP implementations covering budgeting, cost management, and financial planning modules. * Strong understanding of standard ERP capabilities and market best practices. * Experience within financial institutions, public sector organisations, or regulated environments is considered a strong asset. Technical Knowledge * Strong expertise in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning processes, including: * Planning and forecasting cycles. * Cost allocation approaches. * Financial planning. * Performance management. * Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their interdependencies across finance domains. * Excellent knowledge of standard ERP capabilities and market practices, with the ability to align business requirements accordingly. * Understanding of business analysis methodologies, process modelling, and requirements structuring techniques. * Familiarity with structured procurement processes for ERP tool selection and system integrator procurement, including the preparation of clear, consistent, and traceable documentation within a fair and auditable environment.
