* Konzeption, Entwicklung und Wartung individueller Softwarelösungen über den gesamten Technologie-Stack: Frontend, Backend und Datenbank
 * Entwurf robuster Architekturen, wartungsfreundlicher APIs und Entwicklung einer sauberen Codebasis
 * Umsetzung anspruchsvoller fachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen und den Projektteams
 * Code-Reviews, technische Qualitätssicherung und Mentoring von Junior Kolleg:innen
 * Mitgestaltung technischer Entscheidungen, Standards und Weiterentwicklung des Tech-Stacks
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und Kund:innen bei Anforderungsanalyse und technischer Beratung
