## Description

* In dieser spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Position bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für eingehende Fragen und Anliegen im Microsoft-Umfeld.
 * Du stellst sicher, dass Tickets rechtzeitig bearbeitet und ordnungsgemäß dokumentiert werden.
 * Du bist für die Installation und Administration von Client-, Server- und Netzwerk-Lösungen bei unseren Kund:innen zuständig.
 * Gemeinsam im Team betreust du unsere Bestandskund:innen remote und vor Ort.
 * Du übernimmst das laufende System-Monitoring und die damit verbundenen Troubleshootings.
