 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von ca. 10 IT-Spezialisten
 * Verantwortung für den Betrieb ausgewählter Applikationen und Schnittstellen
 * IT-Servicemanagement nach dem ITIL4 Modell z.B. Incident-/Problem-/Change-Management etc. unter Nutzung von ServiceNow
 * Weiterentwicklung der IT-Prozesse z.B. Automatisierung, Logging, Monitoring, internes Kontrollsystem
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, z.B. Rechenzentrums-Provider und Software-Hersteller, * Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit der Möglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten
