## About the Role

* Completed education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
 * Initial professional experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
 * Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
 * Experience with computer hardware, printers, mobile devices, and standard IT peripherals.
 * A structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal guests and colleagues.
 * High level of responsibility and discretion when handling confidential information.
 * Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.

## Description

* Support and maintain the hotel's entire IT infrastructure, including client, server, network, and peripheral systems.
 * Provide first- and second-level IT support for all employees, handling IT requests and troubleshooting technical issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and mobile devices.
 * Assist with the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user accounts.
 * Monitor network, Wi-Fi, and telephone systems, and assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
 * Ensure the proper operation of printers, POS systems, TV systems, and other hotel technology applications.
 * Support IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts in accordance with Marriott standards.
 * Perform regular system backups and assist with IT security measures and compliance requirements.
 * Maintain documentation of IT processes, system changes, and IT asset inventory.
 * Collaborate with external service providers and the regional Marriott IT team.
 * Be available to provide support outside regular working hours when required and participate in the on-call support rotation.
 * Work closely with all hotel departments and report directly to the IT Manager.
